Mrs. Robinson
Hi! My name is Mrs. Robinson and I am so excited to be part of the kindergarten team! More importantly, I am thrilled to be your teacher! It’s going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us. I’d like to tell you a few things about me.
I was born and raised in Georgia. I graduated from Jackson County High School and have lived here most of my life. I have a twin sister who looks just like me! We are best friends! We also have a little brother who is beginning his third year in college at Georgia Tech.
I am married to a firefighter. We have been married for nineteen years! Wow! That is a long time! We have two awesome kids! Our oldest is our son. His name is Isaac and he is beginning his third year in high school! I can’t believe it! It seems like only yesterday he was starting kindergarten just like you! Time really goes by fast! Our youngest child is Jenna. She is starting ninth grade. She likes to help out in the classroom. You just might see her around here every now and then.
I taught pre-k for six years while I finished my degree in Early Childhood Education. I completed my student teaching in kindergarten. After that, I completed long term positions in kindergarten, second, and first grades.
This is my fourth year in kindergarten. I must say it is my favorite! I just love you guys! Having teaching experience in second and first grade will really help me challenge you to reach for the stars this year!
